1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ba9. Multiple accounts by a single individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

ba9 may request identity verification documents at any time in accordance with its KYC policy. Failure to provide valid documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawals. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued national ID card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash, Nagad, Rocket account screenshot or bank confirmation).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ba9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ba9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Please note the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirement on a bonus must be fully completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• ba9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time; however, occasional delays may occur during network congestion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ba9 offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the individual promotion's terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonus funds and free spin winnings unless otherwise specified:

• Standard wagering requirement (rollover) is 20x the bonus amount unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to rollover.
• ba9 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry period result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ba9 are final once confirmed. ba9 offers cricket betting (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international matches), live casino games, slots, crash games, and bingo. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets are placed correctly before confirmation. ba9 is not liable for bets placed in error.

In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event, ba9 will apply its standard void/settlement policy. Outcomes determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are final and cannot be contested on the grounds of perceived unfairness.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba9 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating accounts for minors or allowing persons under 21 years of age to access your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ba9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of ba9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba9 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international principles of online gaming regulation. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
